Each Business Centre that is listed is given a star rating as an indication of the level and type of services on offer. It is only intended as a guide however generally the classifications apply as below:
Back to topThis rating reflects the absence of some services and facilities with the fixtures and fittings be standard but presentable. They still have a minimum standard of security, maintenance and cleanliness. Office space may be in less desirable areas of an office block with other 4 or 5 star quality desk space.
Back to topThis rating is the standard for the majority of office space within our listings. You can expect a good level of facilities and standard of fixtures and fittings. Modern services such as Internet, fax, phone and printing services are available in order to conduct your business normally; good IT systems are usually on offer. Many will have a staffed reception and security. Office space tends to be in larger buildings with shared facilities and communal areas. Access to kitchens, toilets, lifts and meetings rooms is common.
Back to topThis rating is for office space that meets all the requirements for our 4 star rating but with added extras. This may mean that it is located in a prime gate way city location, has luxury fixtures and fittings or superior IT infrastructure and business services. Standards of service across the board will be of a high quality. You should expect to have on offer everything you need to run your business effectively. Meeting rooms/areas will also reflect a high quality and impress any guests that are invited. These offices may be located in large office blocks or prestigious locations with a feel of exclusivity.
Back to topSearch Office Space take advantage of the Google Maps service to show the locations of each of the listed business centres. Users are able to see different views of the locations. You can move around the map and zoom in and out as well as change the view from Map to Satellite and Hybrid. If you click on an Icon you will see brief details of the property. You can select it or hyperlink to the description in the listings below e.g. Go to (Ref 1105). Each Business Centre is displayed using longitude and latitude coordinates provided which are edited by the operators. The first 25 results are shown at the top of the results page, which are replaced by the next 25 results when advancing with page numbering (pagination). On the 'more info' pages each Business Centre is shown exclusively. We also incorporate mapping within our Search Reports.

This relies on the operator themselves filling in data for a particular field in our system, therefore SOS can take no responsibility for accuracy of each offer. Use the fields in the correct formatt to select a date and time or click the small calander to select a day. After submitting a note will be sent directly to the business centre infomring them of your request. We will liaise between you and the operators to schedule viewing times and keep you informed.
