Dear Laura, We are staying put in the end. The Landlord relented on some of our demands and with some other tenants leaving he was keen to keep us on. We have signed a five year lease. I would like to thank you for all your work and help on this and I found your services a fantastic help particularly for a small business like us who haven’t as much time to search for properties. Hi Cliff I promised I would drop you a line. I just wanted to say that although we decided to go with another office solution in the end (one incidentally you would be extremely hard pushed to better) I felt that the level of service I received from you personally was excellent. We train in customer service and account management and therefore should know what we are talking about and so when I say I thought you were excellent that is against a high starting benchmark. I found you to be friendly, accessible, efficient and helpful. If I do need to look for another office in the future then I will be coming to you. In the meantime I will recommend that the many people I come into contact with in our daily business are aware of you. This is to acknowledge Sally Mohr, and your staff for their very able & personable assistance in our identifying and hopefully finalizing arrangements for our new executive suite in Los Angeles for the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America. It was with very quick response time that I was provided with two appropriate sites last week, both of which would be suitable.
